Eucharist distribution now includes the option of receiving both the body and blood by Intinction (dipping) of the host into the wine. If you receive this option, you must receive it on the tongue. It is not allowed to receive this form in the hand. If you wish to continue to receive only the body (host) then hold your hands open in front of you. If you hold your hands closed in prayer, we will assume that you wish to receive the intincted host on your tongue.
