Stewardship
Stewardship is a way of life, a way of living out our call to be disciples of Jesus Christ. Like Jesus, we recognize God as the giver of all good gifts. As stewards of God’s gifts of time, talent, and treasure, we are called to accept them graciously, nurture them carefully, use them in service to others and return them to God with gratitude. Stewardship is a way of thanking God for all the blessings we have received. It involves an intentional planned and proportionate giving of our time, talent, and treasure.
The Alcolytes/Servers assist the pastor at the liturgies.
The Cantors/Choir provide music for leading parishioners in conjunction with assigned liturgies.
The Eucharistic Ministers proclaim the Body and Blood of Christ in ritual action and in the action of their personal lives.
The Reader/Lector is to Proclaim the Word of the Lord. They are messengers of God’s love for all people.
The Server/Usher is to welcome and seat parishioners, select family to carry gifts to the altar and distribute bulletins after the mass.
